First Impression & Experience:

The purple packaging of the sunscreen is very cute that it got my attention, as well as the 80g size because sunscreen in the drugstore usually have only 50g at this price range. The sunscreen has a lavender tint as a tone-up effect to the skin. Once applied, it may be a little sticky and "ghosty" at first but after a minute, the feeling and slight white cast disappears once it has oxidized. It provides a good amount of moisturising effect even though it's a tone up sunscreen (the tone up sunscreen that I've used ^previously are mostly quite drying to my Dry-combination skin type).

Pros:

  • Tone-up effect doesn't rub off at all once sinks in in a few minutes
  • Tone-up effect is very natural even for my medium skin tone
  • Not sticky
  • Provides adequate moisturising effect

Cons:

  • Breaks me out during mask-wearing times

Final Thoughts & Conclusion:

There's another form of this sunscreen which is in ^spray bottle 60g, but I prefer liquid form because the application is more even & coverage is higher.

I broke out very often around the mask area when using this sunscreen + mask-wearing. I'm pretty sure it's because of the sunscreen because I don't usually break out around the area even I started wearing face mask. Although the tone-up effect doesn't rub off during mask wearing, the skin around the mask area was sometimes flaky. Sticking a pimple patch at those spots still doesn't stop the break out in other places. After I tried using other sunscreen (^Biore UV Aqua Rich Cool Limited Edition), the break out stops.

Repurchase? ☆☆

A good choice, if you prefer to use tone up sunscreen than normal ones.

Yes, unless I'm applying for daily indoor activities/only staying at home & not wearing a face mask.

However, due to the unavoidable break out that it has caused during mask-wearing, I'd rather choose other alternatives.
