First Impression & Experience: ★★★★☆
It foams up a little when I glide it along my face to remove my sunscreen/eyebrow products, but it doesn't affect the usage. It's stated on the packaging that there's no need to rinse off, but I'm used to always double cleanse so I did followed up with my daily cleanser every night. It removes makeup effectively.
Pros:
- Gentle on skin
- Non-stripping, doesn't dry out my U-zone skin
- Very effective first cleanse
Cons:
- Wastage of cotton pads
- Might be a daily mild exfoliant for people with a very sensitive skin
- Need to always carry along some cotton pads

Thoughts & Conclusion:
Most of the micellar water that I've used (^Garnier, Maybelline and including L'Oreal) always stated "no rinse". However, I do not prefer the instruction because 1) I'm used to double cleanse & my face feels more cleaner, 2) After wiping this micellar water on my face, I can feel like there's a layer of soap on my skin that when touched, it's slippery (not silky smooth kind), which makes me very uncomfortable.
Also, there's surfactant in the micellar water (according to LabMuffin's blog) which may disrupt your skin's structure & irritates it if you left it on without rinsing it off.
Some people with dry/dehydrated skin will sometimes use micellar water to wipe their face & continue with their A.M. (morning) skincare routine. I've tried this way when my skin was going through a very dehydrated period which I can only use cleanser once a day, but I always wake up with oily skin. Yet, leaving the micellar water on my face worsen the dehydration & with the uncomfortable slippery feeling, I'd rather recommend rinsing your face with only lukewarm water then go on with your routine & most importantly, SUNSCREEN!!!.
Repurchase? ★★☆☆☆
After started using cleansing balm, I've realized how convenient it is to use and carry around compared to micellar water. So I would not repurchase it. However, this product could be a choice if you prefer a micellar water
